High-Power 4.8 THz RTD-Based Oscillator with Tunable Graphene Antenna for 6G Mobile Networks

Abstract : A 4.8 THz RTD oscillator with integrated tunable graphene antenna with 1 mW (0 dBm) power transmissions is proposed. This device is a candidate to generate THz signals with adequate power budget for 6G networks.
