L’aide à la décision comme cadre de gouvernance-innovation

Abstract : In this paper, we propose some arguments showing that decision aiding is useful for supporting an innovation approach. The concepts of decision aiding allow to finely characterize innovation, by linking it to the current situation, as an evolution rather than a disruption. The methodological approach of decision aiding, by going over management and quality helps clarifying the rules of governance of an innovative company responsible for the creation of value, especially in terms of human capital. Three lessons learned are then presented.
