Non-quadratic approach for control design of constrained Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy systems subject to persistent disturbances

Abstract : This paper is devoted to the development of a new saturated control law for constrained Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy systems. These systems are subject to both control input and state constraints and also persistent disturbances bounded in amplitude. The design procedure is formulated through linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) form which can be solved by means of convex optimization techniques. Based on the concept of robust invariant set in non-quadratic Lyapunov control framework, the proposed method provides a characterization of the closed-loop domain of attraction. Numerical example is given to demonstrate the interests of the proposed methodology.
