Reanalysis and control-based techniques for non-deterministic friction induced vibrations analyses

Résumé

This paper is dedicated to a parametric analysis of friction induced vibrations problems. A strategy is here proposed to reanalyze a perturbed complex eigenvalue by coupling two numerical approaches. Firstly, a discrete-time control-based approach is presented to solve the contact problem which can be written in a reduced form. Secondly, homotopy perturbation and projection techniques are used to successively approximate linear and complex eigensolutions. A numerical application on a beam-on-beam problem is performed to highlight the efficiency of the proposed strategy
