Criteria devoted to evaluate personalized interactive systems

In the recent years, the need for personalized interactive systems is in an intensive increase. Though they are important, up to now the evaluation of these systems is neglected and ignored. In this paper we define and explain the general concepts related to personalization. We also present ergonomic criteria for HMI evaluation. Finally we propose the criteria dedicated to personalized in-teractive system evaluation.
