Principes et architecture pour la personnalisation d'information en interaction homme-machine, application à l'information transport
Résumé
The personalization of information consists to provide
to a user relevant information corresponding to its preferences
and its needs. This domain being in constant
evolution, the systems delivering personalized information
cannot be fixed. We propose PerSyst, a framework
based on software agents, being able to be used as support
for the design of a Personalization System. Per-
Syst facilitates the management and the transmission of
personalized information in a distributed and a evolutionary
system. PerSyst is applied for the personalization
of transport information. It is for helping users in
their choice of routes, for informing them of the disturbances and for guiding them all along their trip.
La personnalisation de l’information consiste à fournir
à un utilisateur une information pertinente correspondant
à ses préférences et à ses besoins. Ce domaine
étant en constante évolution, les systèmes délivrant une
information personnalisée ne peuvent être figés. Ce travail
propose une plate-forme, nommée PerSyst, à base
d’agents logiciels, pouvant servir de support pour la
conception de Système de Personnalisation. PerSyst facilite
la gestion et la transmission des informations personnalisées
dans un système distribué et évolutif. Per-
Syst a été appliqué pour la personnalisation de
l’information transport. Il s’agit ici d’aider les usagers
des transports collectifs dans leur choix d’itinéraires, de
les informer des perturbations éventuelles et de les guider
tout au long de leur déplacement.
