Evaluation de la performance des blocs opératoires: du modèle aux indicateurs

Abstract : In the current environment, hospitals need to develop performance assessment tools. Our purpose is an innovative methodology for reducing the existing deficiencies in healthcare performance. This methodology combines a practical approach with a design support tool for generating a global performance assessment system for use in operating theatres. Our methodology has 4 main steps, ranging from determining the strategic objectives to designing the final dashboards. Finally, we offer our conclusions and some further perspectives for future research.
