Propositions de modèles et méthodes pour l'aide à l'évaluation des performances d'une innovation dès sa conception

Abstract : In the current economic context, companies must innovate successfully. The competitiveness rests today on the criteria of cost, time and quality but also on the capacity of the companies to generate a flow of innovation. This new context calls, on the one hand, the evolution of the modes of performance evaluation and, on the other hand, a new definition of the concept of performance which is today multi-criteria, multi-periods and multi-actors. The companies must evaluate and control their performances as of the phase of design of product and processes. Our contribution within this framework is the proposal of methods and models of total performance evaluation of an innovation, as of the phase of design. Our proposal rests mainly on three elements: a model of the process of innovation, a whole of models and methods of estimate and evaluation of the innovation and an environment of decision-making aid allowing implementation methods.
